May 20 Concert
* S. Vandeven made business card sized "tickets" - approved.
* Open rehearsal before concert May 20
  - Extra chairs on stage
  - Q+A session
* E. Nelson will do "backpack stuffer" school info sheet and talk to
  Dexter Leader about an ad

Recruiting
* D. Pitcher: "missing persons" report
* Mike posted a "violinists wanted" flyer at Shar
* Strings probably scared by hard repertoire
* Put 1/4 page ad in Dexter Community Education brochure (E. Winfield)
* Say something on back page of program, remind people that it's open
* D. Parrish has contacted area school teachers
* Follow up with private teachers - contact before each concert
* Sign-in sheet at rehearsal (D. Pitcher)

Elections
  S. Vandeven will run for reelection, E. Nelson could serve for 1 year,
  T. Rutherford may step down, others can finish their terms.

June 15 concert
* Ask Dexter Chamber of Commerce for money to pay for sound reinforcement
* Suggest that DCC hire Jim Gibbons for other shows

Bylaws
* No amendments this year
* Put attendance rules, etc., in separate document - Dexter Community
  Band has non-binding 80% expectation
