OrganizationThe Dexter Community Orchestra was founded in 2005 and adopted these bylaws in 2006. We are a not-for-profit organization and have applied for tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Board of DirectorsThe board meets once a month and is elected each May.
